Bigheadbear offers a 30-day return policy at no extra charge. The customer is responsible for paying the return freight to Bigheadbear using a shipping method with tracking numbers. Buy your Bigheadbear headphones today and in the unlikely event you want to return them, do so within 30 days with no penalty.
To make a return, email [email protected], and supply your product's serial number and a brief reason for return. We'll process the return request and send you an RMA number and shipping instructions as soon as possible.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on ALL orders of new, direct-sale products including cables and accessories, to customers in the USA; including HAWAII and ALASKA. If you purchase from outside the USA, your warranty service, if needed, must be done in the USA.
Customs and Tax:
If you are purchasing products in a country where there may be customs charges, taxes and other surcharges, please contact your local agency to get an accurate estimate of these charges.
